Baked Macaroni and Brie taste spicy

Prepare:
8 ounces dry pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 / 4 cup heavy cream
7 ounces brie, rind removed (about 6 ounces without skin) and cut into pieces
Salt and pepper to taste-land
1 / 2 cup crackers or fresh bread crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
if you like to add sausage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a medium casserole dish or 4 individual 2-cup dish and set aside.

Boil pasta until al dente. Drain.
While pasta cooks, melt 2 tablespoons butter in large saucepan over medium-low. Sprinkle on
flour and cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes, to form a golden brown roux.
Stir in milk and cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then reduce the heat to low. Add cheese and
continue stirring until melted and smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the drained pasta; combine very well, make sure the pasta sauce moistened thoroughly. Pour into buttered dish.
Stir together flour bread or crackers with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the plate.
Bake 15 minutes.
